These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrustOriginality.ai’s website and services (“Services”). By using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and securing your account.
    • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.

  • 4. User Obligations & Prohibited Uses

    • 4.1. Permitted Use

      • Use Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
      • You warrant you hold all intellectual property rights or permissions necessary for your User Content.

    • 4.2. Prohibited Conduct

      You agree not to:

      • Upload content infringing third-party IP or privacy rights.
      • Introduce malware or engage in disruptive behavior.
      • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to overload or scrape the Services.
      • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

  • 5. Fees, Billing & Cancellation

    • Some Services are fee-based. Pricing is published on our website or subscription agreement.
    • Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) via credit card or other accepted methods.
    • Cancellation policy:

      • Monthly Plans: Active until end of billing cycle, no refunds for unused days.
      • Annual Plans: Pro-rated refunds for unused months may apply if requested within 14 days of cancellation.

  • 6. Intellectual Property & License Grant

    • All trademarks, logos, software and content provided by TrustOriginality.ai are owned by us or our licensors.
    • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely as permitted under these Terms.
    • You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce and process your User Content for the sole purpose of providing the Services; this license terminates upon account deletion or service discontinuation.

  • 7. User Content: Responsibility & Indemnification

    • You bear full responsibility for the legality and accuracy of your User Content.
    • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustOriginality.ai against any claims arising from your User Content or your violation of these Terms.

  • 8. Disclaimers of Warranties

    The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Trustoriginality.ai disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • 9. Limitation of Liability

    In no event will trustoriginality.ai’s aggregate liability exceed the total amounts paid by you in the preceding twelve months. in no case shall we be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages.

  • 10. Force Majeure

    TrustOriginality.ai will not be liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, internet outages).

  • 11. Service Changes & Updates

    We may, at our discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services with or without notice. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.

  • 12. Termination & Suspension

    • We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms, with no liability.
    • Upon termination, Sections 6, 7, 8, 9 and 16 survive.

  • 13. Privacy & Security

    Our Privacy Policy governs the processing and protection of personal data. You agree to all terms therein by using the Services.

  • 14. Service Changes & Updates

    The Services may integrate third-party components or link to external sites. We are not responsible for their practices or content; your use of them is at your own risk.

  • 15. Service Changes & Updates

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Disputes will first be resolved through amicable negotiations, then under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ankara courts.

  • 16. Severability, Waiver & Assignment

    • Any waiver must be in writing.
    • If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms remains in force.
    • We may assign these Terms or our rights under them; you may not.
